At Croft our aim is to supply industrial additive manufactured components to our customers, helping them to fully utilise the technology to suit their individual needs and to solve their unique problems. Working as a team, we deliver exceedingly high quality products and service.
Benefits of the additive process, such as: part weight reduction, multi-part to single component and expanded design capabilities, allow our customers to re-think their approach to their designs in order to improve the efficiency, utility or aesthetics of their parts.
Supported by more than 30 years of engineering experience through Croft’s sister company Croft Filters Ltd, Croft Additive Manufacturing (CAM) is committed to supplying AM parts of the highest quality, and also educating decision-makers in markets that could benefit from additive technology.
The Croft Way
Quality – With over 30 years in the engineering industry, Croft’s team has always placed quality at the heart of the business. The superiority of Croft’s products and service has been a key factor to the continued success of the company.
Problem solving and innovation – Over the years Croft has gone above and beyond customers’ expectations, supplying high-quality, customised products that deliver outstanding results. Many of these products were not available on the market and so had to be engineered by the company.
Lead-time – It can be frustrating to wait on parts for a process, project or job. Being an SME focused on delivering a high-quality service and product, we aim to carry out all urgent work as soon as possible, going the extra mile to ensure our customers receive their parts on time.
Education – Croft embraces open innovation, we aim to provide AM parts while educating markets on the technology, specifically on our Selective laser melting (SLM) process. As a business, Croft supports the AM industry’s growth as a whole as part of Industry 4.0. Croft supports and is supported by academic research to help identify new applications for the technology. In 2017 Croft launched their Additive Manufacturing workshop. This non-academic masterclass aims to teach existing and potential AM users the full capabilities and potential of the technology.
To supply industrial AM components to our customers, helping them to fully utilise the technology to suit their individual needs and to solve their unique problems. To work as a team to deliver exceedingly high-quality products and service, rewarding staff accordingly.
